Before configuring job distribution, make sure you have:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Company Admin or Recruitment Admin access
\u2022 access to your company website or website administrator
\u2022 approval to publish vacancies on external job boards
\u2022 active accounts for the job boards you plan to connect
\u2022 at least one job post ready for testing<\/p>\n
Decide where your jobs should appear before you start. Synclo can provide a secure feed for your company website and connection options for supported job boards.<\/p>\n
Job distribution lets you publish vacancies across several channels from one recruitment system. This reduces repeated data entry and helps recruiters manage job visibility from one place.<\/p>\n
The setup also gives your website team a secure feed link and authentication token. In addition, connected job boards can receive eligible job posts after publishing is enabled.<\/p>\n
1. Sign in to Synclo<\/strong> 2. Open Recruitment Setup<\/strong> 3. Open the Distribution tab<\/strong> The page contains settings for publishing jobs on your website and connecting external job boards.<\/p>\n 4. Review the Secure Job Feed Link<\/strong> This link provides job post data for your company website. Your website team can use it to display vacancies outside Synclo.<\/p>\n 5. Copy the job feed link<\/strong> Share the copied link only with the person responsible for your website integration.<\/p>\n 6. Review the Authentication Token<\/strong> Use the view icon if you need to check the token. You can then copy it with the copy button beside the field.<\/p>\n 7. Regenerate the token if required<\/strong> After regeneration, update the token in your website integration. The old token may stop working.<\/p>\n 8. Check the integration status<\/strong> A Not Verified<\/strong> status means Synclo has not yet confirmed a working website connection. The status should update after the integration is completed and checked.<\/p>\n 9. Open the integration instructions<\/strong> Follow the available steps or share them with your website developer.<\/p>\n 10. Review the sample code<\/strong> The sample can help developers understand how to request and display the available jobs.<\/p>\n 11. Review the supported job boards<\/strong> The available options shown in Synclo may include:<\/p>\n \u2022 LinkedIn Each board displays its current connection status.<\/p>\n 12. Connect a job board<\/strong> Complete the required account or authorization steps when prompted.<\/p>\n 13. Confirm the connection status<\/strong> The board status should change from Disconnected<\/strong> once Synclo confirms the connection.<\/p>\n 14. Enable publishing<\/strong> Leave the toggle off for channels that are connected but not currently in use.<\/p>\n 15. Review all distribution settings<\/strong> \u2022 the website feed link is available 16. Save the changes<\/strong> Your distribution settings will now be available when publishing eligible job posts.<\/p>\n 17. Log in to Synclo with an account that can manage recruitment settings.<\/p>\n
From the left sidebar, expand HireHub<\/strong>. Next, select Recruitment Setup<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
On the Recruitment Configuration page, select Distribution<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
In the Publish Jobs on Your Website<\/strong> section, locate the Secure Job Feed Link<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
Click the copy icon beside the feed link.<\/p>\n
The Authentication Token<\/strong> protects access to the job feed.<\/p>\n
Click the refresh icon when the existing token should be replaced.<\/p>\n
Review the status message below the token.<\/p>\n
Click Instructions<\/strong> in the top right corner of the website publishing section.<\/p>\n
Select View Sample Code<\/strong> if your website team needs an example of how to connect the job feed.<\/p>\n
Move to the Job Boards<\/strong> section.<\/p>\n

Click Connect<\/strong> under the job board you want to use.<\/p>\n
Return to the Distribution page after completing the connection.<\/p>\n
Turn on the Enable Publishing<\/strong> toggle for each connected job board that should receive job posts.<\/p>\n
Before saving, confirm that:<\/p>\n
\u2022 the correct authentication token is in use
\u2022 website integration status has been checked
\u2022 the required job boards are connected
\u2022 publishing is enabled only for approved channels<\/p>\n
Click Save Changes<\/strong> at the bottom of the page.<\/p>\n
