This helps improve response time and keeps your workflow organized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Before You Begin<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensure your <strong>agents are added to the correct team or queue<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make sure agents are <strong>active in the system<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Decide how tickets should be assigned (for example, evenly or based on rules)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Steps<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Log in to Synclo<\/strong><br>Sign in using your credentials and access your main dashboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Navigate to <strong>Ticketing &amp; Helpdesk<\/strong><br>From the left sidebar or main menu, click on <strong>Ticketing &amp; Helpdesk<\/strong> to open the support module.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go to <strong>Automation<\/strong><br>Inside the module, find and click on <strong>Automation<\/strong>. This section controls how tickets are handled automatically.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open <strong>Assignment Settings<\/strong><br>In the Automation panel, click on <strong>Assignment Settings<\/strong> to manage how tickets are assigned to agents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Locate <strong>Auto Assignment<\/strong><br>Look for the <strong>Auto Assignment<\/strong> option. This is usually shown as a toggle or switch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Turn <strong>Auto Assignment ON<\/strong><br>Click the toggle to enable it. Once turned on, Synclo will start assigning tickets automatically.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the <strong>Team or Agents<\/strong><br>Choose the team, department, or specific agents who should receive incoming tickets.<br>Make sure only relevant and active users are selected.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose the <strong>Assignment Method<\/strong><br>If available, select how tickets should be assigned.
