Before you begin<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Before creating a performance cycle, make sure you have:
\u2022 Company Admin access to PeopleManager
\u2022 defined performance review periods (quarterly, bi-annual, annual)
\u2022 configured rating bands or scoring models (if applicable)
\u2022 any bonus or appraisal rules linked to performance
\u2022 clarity on which employees or groups the cycle will apply to<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If your organization uses structured reviews, ensure rating criteria and templates are finalized before creating the cycle. This avoids reconfiguration later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A performance cycle defines how employee evaluations are conducted across your organization. It creates the framework for reviews, goal tracking, and performance scoring. 1. Sign in to Synclo and open PeopleManager<\/strong>
Log in to app.synclo.com with Company Admin access. From the main navigation, open PeopleManager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Navigate to Performance Management<\/strong>
From the sidebar, go to Manage Company > Performance Management<\/strong> to access performance settings and configurations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
