Job Description

We are looking for an HR Operations Coordinator to support and streamline internal HR functions at Synclo. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that employee data, documentation, and processes are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant.

You’ll play a key part in coordinating day-to-day HR activities, supporting recruitment, onboarding, record keeping, and employee engagement initiatives. This is a hands-on position where attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential.

As an on-site team member, you’ll work closely with department heads and leadership to maintain a productive and people-first workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
  • Coordinate employee documentation, contracts, and compliance tasks
  • Support HR policy implementation and communication
  • Manage employee queries and provide administrative support
  • Schedule and track performance reviews and training sessions
Requirements
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices
