Job Description

We’re looking for a creative and detail-driven UI/UX Designer to help shape the user experience of Synclo’s ERP platform. You’ll transform complex workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces that empower users to navigate and manage HR tasks with ease.

You’ll collaborate with product managers and developers from idea to execution—creating wireframes, prototypes, and final designs that align with both user needs and business goals. A strong design sense, combined with an understanding of functionality, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centric interfaces for web and mobile platforms
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects
• Ability to balance creativity with functionality and business needs
• Familiarity with basic front-end technologies (HTML/CSS is a plus)
