Step 1: Forgot Your Password?

  • If you are unable to log in or have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page.

Step 2: Enter Your Registered Email

  • Enter the email address associated with your Synclo HRMS account.
  • Click “Submit” to receive a password reset link via email.

Step 3: Reset Your Password

You’ll be prompted to create a new password:

  • New Password: Enter a strong new password.
  • Re-enter New Password: Confirm the password.
  • Head of Department
  • Then click Change Password.

Submit the form to reset your password and regain access.
