How to Configure Job Distribution

Before you begin

Before configuring job distribution, make sure you have:

• Company Admin or Recruitment Admin access
• access to your company website or website administrator
• approval to publish vacancies on external job boards
• active accounts for the job boards you plan to connect
• at least one job post ready for testing

Decide where your jobs should appear before you start. Synclo can provide a secure feed for your company website and connection options for supported job boards.

Why this setup matters

Job distribution lets you publish vacancies across several channels from one recruitment system. This reduces repeated data entry and helps recruiters manage job visibility from one place.

The setup also gives your website team a secure feed link and authentication token. In addition, connected job boards can receive eligible job posts after publishing is enabled.

Steps

1. Sign in to Synclo
Log in to Synclo with an account that can manage recruitment settings.

2. Open Recruitment Setup
From the left sidebar, expand HireHub. Next, select Recruitment Setup.

3. Open the Distribution tab
On the Recruitment Configuration page, select Distribution.

The page contains settings for publishing jobs on your website and connecting external job boards.

4. Review the Secure Job Feed Link
In the Publish Jobs on Your Website section, locate the Secure Job Feed Link.

This link provides job post data for your company website. Your website team can use it to display vacancies outside Synclo.

5. Copy the job feed link
Click the copy icon beside the feed link.

Share the copied link only with the person responsible for your website integration.

6. Review the Authentication Token
The Authentication Token protects access to the job feed.

Use the view icon if you need to check the token. You can then copy it with the copy button beside the field.

7. Regenerate the token if required
Click the refresh icon when the existing token should be replaced.

After regeneration, update the token in your website integration. The old token may stop working.

8. Check the integration status
Review the status message below the token.

A Not Verified status means Synclo has not yet confirmed a working website connection. The status should update after the integration is completed and checked.

9. Open the integration instructions
Click Instructions in the top right corner of the website publishing section.

Follow the available steps or share them with your website developer.

10. Review the sample code
Select View Sample Code if your website team needs an example of how to connect the job feed.

The sample can help developers understand how to request and display the available jobs.

11. Review the supported job boards
Move to the Job Boards section.

The available options shown in Synclo may include:

• LinkedIn
• Indeed
• Bayt.com

Each board displays its current connection status.

12. Connect a job board
Click Connect under the job board you want to use.

Complete the required account or authorization steps when prompted.

13. Confirm the connection status
Return to the Distribution page after completing the connection.

The board status should change from Disconnected once Synclo confirms the connection.

14. Enable publishing
Turn on the Enable Publishing toggle for each connected job board that should receive job posts.

Leave the toggle off for channels that are connected but not currently in use.

15. Review all distribution settings
Before saving, confirm that:

• the website feed link is available
• the correct authentication token is in use
• website integration status has been checked
• the required job boards are connected
• publishing is enabled only for approved channels

16. Save the changes
Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page.

Your distribution settings will now be available when publishing eligible job posts.

17. Test the setup with a job post
Publish a test job after saving the configuration.

Check your website and connected job boards to confirm that the vacancy appears correctly.

What happens next

After configuring job distribution, you can:

• publish jobs on your company website
• send vacancies to connected job boards
• manage publishing channels from Synclo
• reduce repeated job entry across platforms
• review connection status before posting

Job visibility may depend on the approval process and publishing rules used by each external job board.
